The MID Difference:

Hands on lessons, proven curriculums and a supportive environment allow our students’ education to blossom. Horticulture lessons take place in the garden. Science lessons take place on a nature walk. Educational field trips stress the points of learning for particular subjects. MID students are exposed to the visual arts and music to promote curiosity, individuality, creativity and to bring out the talents of the whole child.

Any environment that may enhance learning is utilized. Real world experiences are used when students can gain exposure to people who hold different perspectives and have different backgrounds. These opportunities help students achieve in school, in their family, in the community and in the work world in the future.
